Okay, so I'm establishing an update page well after I've done a handful of updates. However, it seemed like a useful sort of thing to be doing. If I recall correctly, the site was begun on 5 November, 1999, with the creation of the "Baseball and Me" essay, which lurked unformatted and plain in this directory for a day or two after that, after which I did the basic page setup. Links and quotes will update irregularly but progressively; I'll try to remember to add a notation on this page when I do significant updates to either in the future.

Additionally, quotations now head all the currently established pages, allowing me to make the ridiculous statement that the site is now done until I write another essay or something foolish like that, and therefore I won't be making many updates for a while. Probably.
